Based on Charles Dickens’ classic, South Florida Dance Company brings to life the story of Ebenezer Scrooge in a one-of-a-kind rendition of A Christmas Carol! This full length dance production tells the timeless holiday tale that animates the story of Ebenezer Scrooge in a dynamic and unique way that can only be seen at the Lyric Theatre each Holiday Season. His greed and “Bah…Humbug” attitude remind us all that giving is better than receiving. Scrooge’s passed business partner, Jacob Marley, is reaping what he sowed. He comes back to warn Scrooge of his future life in misery for his misdeeds. He foretells the visitations of 3 ghosts that will show him his past, present, and future in the life he has chosen. In this heartwarming story of second chances, Scrooge learns that the only true treasure in life is found in the relationships we build and the lives we touch. A must-see performance with powerful dancing, beautiful costumes, and show-stopping effects!
